Symptoms

When using the weblogic.admin utility to FORCESHUTDOWN or GETSTATE the server, you will see an error message like:

Domain has been created recently from an another domain by zipping it and then unzipping it (ie, tar -cvf domain folder and then tar -xvf domain folder ) and then changing the domain name.

Customer felt that this way the way to clone a domain on same machine.
