Deleting A vServer From Assets Accordion From EMOC Does Not Release IP Address Assigned To vServer (IP Leak) In Exalogic Virtual Releases (Doc ID 2011063.1)

Last updated on MAY 22, 2015

Applies to:

Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud Software - Version 2.0.4.0.0 and later
Linux x86-64

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual releases deleting the vServers from  "Assets" accordion in EMOC will not release the IP addresses associated with that vServer (being deleted) back to the EMOC for further allocations. This can create IP's shortage when creating any new vServers.
