Selecting Delete/Edit/Inspect from the tree applet results in a blank page if user locale is Japanese. (Doc ID 2011284.1)

Symptoms

When locale of login user is set to Japanese, click the right click the menu(Delete/Edit/Inspect etc) and
it show the blank page at the work area.

Double click the asset in the tree works fine.
If locale is set to English , it also works fine.
