Symptoms
If a LDAP filter is used, for instance (telephoneNumber=*+371*), when such records exist in the OUD database, then search is working as expected. It returns all records which contain telephonenumber, eg "+371".
The issue is when no such record exists. For example, when the LDAP filter is (telephoneNumber=*HVZ*), OUD returns all records.
