Security Setting Overwritten After Repeat Deployment of Custom Application (Doc ID 2011967.1)

Symptoms

An application is deployed to WebCenter Portal (WCP).  Security settings are then performed in WCP administration.  The application is then undeployed and deployed again.  The security settings are no longer set in WCP administration.  

Changes

 Application is undeployed and deployed again.
