Symptoms

After changing the SSL Listener port, WebCenter Forms Verifier and WebVerifier fails with the following error:

Error ORA-12537: TNS:connection closed.

Exception Details: System.Data.OracleClient.OracleException: ORA-12537: TNS:connection closed

 

Changes

Configured tnsnames.ora and sqlnet.ora to use SSL port.
