Error "Because of inactivity, your session has timed out and is no longer active" in Clustered ODSM Environment (Doc ID 2012312.1)

Environment is High Availability with two clustered Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM) nodes.

When ODSM is accessed, after one or more actions the following popup error occurs:

Patch 17191718 (for version only) has been installed but the issue still occurs.

The issue does not reproduce when only one ODSM node is running.

Steps to reproduce

1. Access ODSM using the load-balanced hostname.
2. Try to login.
3. Error occurs "Because of inactivity, your session has timed out and is no longer active. Click OK to reload the page".
