Currently DFSRRC00, the Tuxedo utility used to activate the ARTIBMP or ARTIBMPT server,returns 0 as if the BMP program doesn't abend.

We need to return the BMP program's return code as DFSRRC00's return code as long as there is no other error or abend happening.
