現象

Oracle Rest Data Services をデプロイ後に APEX ホームページにアクセスしようとすると、以下のエラーがブラウザに表示されます:

500 - Internal Server Error

 

APEX URL がスタンドアロンの ORDS を使用している場合には、ORDS ウィンドウに以下のエラーが表示されます。

 

PLS-00201: 識別子 DBMS_LOB を宣言してください。
ORA-06550: 行40、 列3:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
