Users in India that run Verifier 10g started receiving an error message in Verifier sporadically. Citrix users from other locations do not seem to receive an error. The error message that is encountered reads as:
Windows can check online for a solution to the problem
- Check online for a solution and close the program
- Close the program
The users connect through Citrix to a Windows 2008 R2 server running Verifier 10g. Users connecting through Citrix in the US have not encountered this issue.
All users in India see the issue. Some see the issue frequently at times (ever 5-10 minutes) and other times they won't see the issue for a number of hours.
When the issue occurs the users have to close and reopen Verifier.
The issue only seems to occur when reviewing a batch, but not on any specific field or during any specific action.
