Goldengate extract hangs during RMTBATCH transfer. The file transfer normally takes 30 minutes but after 2 hours we stopped the IBM Static collector to interrupt the process. Normal number of records is 244000 and extract hung after sending 99601. No tcpip errors on Nonstop or IBM.
Base24 extract processing creates the file and Goldengate extract sends to IBM GDG dataset.
There is no workaround.
Business impact is a delay in processing settlement POS data for stores and loss of interest money if not processed on time.
IBM OGG version. Not sure what the version of SERVER is.
