OAAM 11g Authjump.jsp Not Finding Appropriate User Account: How to Achieve This? (Doc ID 2015679.1)

Last updated on MAY 29, 2015

Applies to:

Oracle Adaptive Access Manager - Version 11.1.2.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

1. The inability to set the 'customerId' on the AuthenticateFlow class. I can call the method but the value never changed. If the set on this attribute worked I would not have to overwrite the AuthenticateFlow class to get that value set. I could simply add a small piece of code to my custom OAM Integration class to set the customerId.
2. If the 'customerId' attribute is not an option it would be nice if there was a way to specify the 'groupId' to coincide with the loginId.

I'd really like the ability to continue to use the OOTB (out-of-the-box) classes instead of making a new class because the existing one seems to have an issue. How to achieve this with OOTB class?
