Goal



The correct date and time is shown according to the user time zone GMT+01:00 for:
- UserDateFormat not set
- UserDateFormat=yyyy-MM-dd H:mm

While
- UserDateFormat=iso8601
changes the time to +2 hours! Setting a date format should not change the time zone. Do you agree?
