OVD 11g http-errors.log File Does Not Show Date in the Timestamp (Doc ID 2015846.1)

Date is missing in the timestamp recorded in the http-errors.log under $ORACLE_INSTANCE/diagnostics/logs/OVD/ovd1 folder.

By default, it shows only the time as shown below

How to change the log format so that Date is inserted in the timestamp ?
