Symptoms

WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.8.7 integrated with WebCenter Content 11.1.1.8.11 configured with Framework Folders.
Attempt to edit documents in a Portal using the Documents Explorer task flow fails.
A popup is shown with the following messages:
