Symptoms

Oracle Web Services Manager (OWSM) 12.1.3.

In the 12.1.3 Fusion Middleware Control (FMW Control) "Test Web Service" page, when "OWSM Security Policies" is selected, suitable non-default OWSM client security policies are found by FMW Control, but are greyed out and cannot be selected.

Changes

The way the "Test Web Service" page handles non-default policies has changed from 11g to 12c.
