Site Studio Issue On New Server : Problem With New Assets 'dropping Off' The Site Assets List (Doc ID 2018305.1)

Site Assets Pane is not returning site assets in one instance. Works fine on the other instance.

Steps To Reproduce:

1) When using the designer opening an existing SiteStudio site whose assets were created on the older working dev server and see items in the 'Site Assets' pane.

2) When creating a new asset like a subtemplate in the existing site it initially will show up in the SiteAssets pane but if the user closes SiteStudio and then reopens SiteStudio the subtemplate is gone. Searching for the Subtemplate in the UCM via the web interface there's no problem and it appears to have the same metadata as an existing subtemplate from the old site which displays fine in SiteStudio.
