B2B AS2 outbound filename preservation is not being done when encryption is enabled on the AS2 channel.

Content-Disposition for encrypted documents over AS2 is not happening.

Outbound files are enqueued to B2B_OUT_QUEUE with the following properties:

  
However when one turns on Message Encryption, the Content-Disposition header is no longer included as part of the transport headers.

The same result is seen while testing with the B2B adapter using "Default" integration and the b2b.fileName property. Content-Disposition is only sent in the headers if the "Message Encrypted" flag is turned OFF.
