The CKEditor is not edible in Form Mode when <compress-html-template>true</compress-html-template> is added to the weblogic.xml file (Doc ID 2018949.1)

Symptoms

When the <cs_deployed_dir>/<context/WEB-INF/weblogic.xml file has the following property:

<jsp-descriptor>
  <page-check-seconds>0</page-check-seconds>
 <compress-html-template>true</compress-html-template>  
</jsp-descriptor>

Any field that uses the CKEditor is not editable in Form Mode. In Web mode, editing can be performed with CKEditor without issue. 

The following may be observed in the Browser console:
A)  In Form mode, the error is "SyntaxError: missing ; before statement...(CKEDITOR.config, config_2620367) if(config_2620367['width'] == '#DEFAULT_WIDTH#..."
B)  In Web mode, the error is "SyntaxError: missing } in compound statement</script>"
