When attempting to logon an active directory account to the work space, the following error occurs.
BMAX is unable to contact the external authentication server
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. start a session on an ipad or android device
2. start the secure workspace and try to login.
3. error "BMAX is unable to contact the external authentication server"
In this case the customer has configured their domain so that users have a custom UPN suffix for external users (test.mydomain.com), which differs from the actual domain name (mydomain.com)
