WebLogic Tuxedo Connector (WTC) Deploy Fails After A Delete And Recreate With Same WTCServer Name (Doc ID 2019430.1)

Symptoms

WTC deploy fails when following procedure:

  1. create a WTC Server with a name like myWtcServer with any configuration.
  2. delete the newly created myWtcServer entry
  3. create again the WTC server with exactly the same name (myWtcServer)
  4. try deploy it

 it fails with following Exception

 If if you create WTC as different name or restart WebLogic server before set 3. in step by step, the problem does not occur.
