WebLogic Tuxedo Connector (WTC) 10.3.6 TimerEventManager Thread Sometime Terminated with NPE (Doc ID 2019489.1)

Symptoms

Weblogic Tuxedo Connector (also known as WTC) sometimes can't reconnect remote domain even if connection policy is ON_STARTUP.

From stderr find below error:

java.lang.NullPointerException
at weblogic.wtc.jatmi.dsession.sendKeepAliveRequest(dsession.java:5532)
at weblogic.wtc.jatmi.KeepAliveTask.run(dsession.java:5705)

at java.util.TimerThread.run(Timer.java:462)
