WebLogic Tuxedo Connector (WTC) 10.3.6 TimerEventManager Thread Sometime Terminated with NPE

Weblogic Tuxedo Connector (also known as WTC) sometimes can't reconnect remote domain even if connection policy is ON_STARTUP.

From stderr find below error:
