Running B2B 11g PS6 -

In B2B, there are configured few Outbound agreements using Generic EMAIL Protocol as transport. For these agreements, you would like to use "Dynamic Email" and "Dynamic Email CC" properties that can be configured in the ACTION_NAME header.

For using this functionality in you will need to apply patch 19001376.

Nevertheless, your back end composite, which is supposed to set the ACTION_NAME header does NOT set DYNAMIC_FROM_EMAIL.

As a result, you will see the following FROM header in the email:

1. If the "username" in the outbound SMTP channel is set, then FROM will be set to "username" value

2. If the "username" in the outbound SMTP channel is not set, then FROM will be set to a combination of the username in the TO address and the hostname of the B2B host (instead of the defined mailserver host, which might be expected without any other FROM configuration)
