Symptoms

While debugging in JDeveloper 12.1.3.0.0, some differences could be found between the actual ADF Source Code and the generated Java class Stub generated from within JDeveloper.
It appears as there is a mismatch between the files distributed as the ADF Source Code and the actual Java classes used to generate the ADF Runtime libraries
