OHS 11g Upgrade to 12c Fails with "An invalid source directory was specified." (Doc ID 2020262.1)

Upgrade Environment Requirements


Example Environment
Node 1: WLS 11g Domain with Adminserver
Node 2: Standalone OHS 11g associated to Domain on node 1

This is a common setup for Enterprise Deployments.

While upgrading OHS 11g to 12c, Upgrade Assistant (UA) fails upgrading the domain component configurations with:
$ORACLE_HOME/oracle_common/upgrade/logs/ua<timestamp>.log

In this example, ohs2 is on the remote node 2
