Symptoms

Run RDA: rda.sh -SCRP -p FM11g_SoaMin

Failed with:

RDA-00013: Error reported by the command "collect":
RDA-20421: SDCL execution error
 RDA-07605: Error encountered in method "RDA::Object::Target::add_target" in
            OFM:DCwreq near line 137
  RDA-40700: Missing Oracle home directory in OH_T0001 target


Changes

 The installation was upgraded from 11.1.1.4 to 11.1.1.7
