Unwanted Duplicate ODI Sessions Observed in OEM 12c Cloud Control (Doc ID 2021592.1)

Symptoms

Using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 12.1.0.4 Cloud Control, and FMW Plugin 12.1.0.6+, and having an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) J2EE Agent installed on a cluster with two or more WebLogic Managed Servers.

When attempting to observe the ODI Sessions from the following view on OEM:

Cloud Control > Targets > Middleware > "Middleware Features" drop down menu > ODI Home > ODI Home Page >"Load Plan Executions/Sessions" tab

... unwanted, duplicate runtime Sessions are observed.
