Symptoms

APEX 4.2.0.00.27 installed in a Database 12c Release1 (12.1.0.1),
"Instance Settings" and "Workspace Summary" panes in Internal Workspace show following errors:

 New install of APEX 4.2.0, which is automatically installed with Database 12c Release1.
