Capture Import Server Crops Side of Landscape Documents when Configured for "Portrait" (Doc ID 2021925.1)

Symptoms

When Import Server 10.1351 processes a PDF document with a Landscape orientation, the side of the document gets cropped from the converted image. After altering the "Orientation" option in the batch job's "Image Output" tab to be "Landscape", that specific document imports correctly. However, this causes documents with Portrait orientation to have the bottom of the converted image cropped when converted to TIF.

The conversion is using the virtual print driver to convert from PDF to TIF and PDF Documents are being opened with an application called "PDF-XChange Pro" instead of the typical Adobe Reader application.
