Symptoms

An error started occurring frequently when attempting to perform various operations in Web Verifier. This environment had been working without issue. It is a clustered environment with 2 nodes, where the IIS servers are running and RTS is also running in 2 nodes. The error message returned in the Web Verifier client appears as:

WebCenter Forms Recognition Web Verifier Client Error
An error has occurred in the WebCenter Forms Recognition Web Verifier Client

Reason:
Try get proxy to remove process by user 3 and project 4 was with error

Please contact your system administrator for further steps.
