Symptoms
Oracle API Gateway 11.1.2.2.x on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.x.
The Gateway instance trace file contains many errors "can't create socket: Address family not supported by protocol"

Changes
1.) The problem may be triggered by the following network configuration:
No IPv6 interface
AND
An IPv6 entry for localhost, like this:
::1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6
2.) The problem shows up only related to Gateway management traffic, for example when OAG Manager is used.
