Symptoms
Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.1.3 Studio removes the carriage return from the Target Command in Procedure Task Property causing non-executable code.
Target Command entered like this:

In Procedure editor, some tasks are defined.
If you click on one Task "Target Command" field, then click on the next Task "target Command" field, and click back to the first "Target Command" field, see the carriage return vanishes.
