Symptoms

On a Weblogic Server 12.1.3.0.0 installation, and having configured Certificate Revocation for SSL certificates, and using Certificate Revocation Lists (CRL) as the source of revoked certificates, WebLogic Server fails to load the list of already revoked certificates and the following error is seen when using Cert Revocation Check debug flags:
