Visio 2010 Documents Converted with PDFExport Convert but Result in PDF's Containing Blank Pages (Doc ID 2023707.1)

Symptoms

On WebCenter Content 11.1.1.7.0, it was configured to convert visio 2010 documents to PDF using PDFExport Converter on an 11.1.1.7.0 Inbound Refinery.

Actual behavior

All Visio 2010 documents sent through for conversion convert successfully but regardless of number of pages the document contained converted to a single blank page with a border around it.


Expected behavior
-----------------------
It is expected that a Visio 2010 document which is converted using PDFExport converter will be a reasonable facsimile of the original PDF


Steps
--------
1. Set up Content server to send documents to the Inbound Refinery for conversion
2. Set Up PDF Export converter to convert the documents
3. Check in test Visio document for conversion

Due to this issue users cannot check in and use visio documents which are delaying projects which depend on the documents
