Symptoms

On WebCenter Content 11.1.1.8.0, when attempting to run IdcAnalyze via the command line, the following error occurs.

1. Navigate to $MW_HOME/user_projects/domains//bin
2. Start IdcAnalyze
3. Error Occurs
