JDBC/thin application fails to connect due to "NL Exception". The error is specific to using a SCAN IP and does not reproduce with the VIP address.
The connect error is specific to JDBC/thin. SQL Plus connections work fine.
Issue reproduces both the JDBC 184.108.40.206 and JDBC 220.127.116.11 drivers.
