Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual release 2.0.6.0.2 issue of unable to create new vServer using particular EoIB network or start existing vServer using that particular EoIB network is observed. This happens only with some EoIB networks which seems to be affected.

When attempting to create or start the existing vServer using affected EoIB network the vServer creation/startup Job itself will not get submitted and fails with pop dialogue box. This issue can happen on other 2.0.6.x virtual releases as well.

When looking into emoc.log we see following error message.
