B2B 11g - B2B-50081 : Duplicated exchange protocol message error - Original B2BMessageId (Doc ID 2024241.1)

Symptoms

In a B2B environment upgraded from 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.7.6, the use case is about sending a 3A4 message to a partner, and receive an ACK message as well.


But when 3A4C is received from partner, it errors out with the following exception:

Error Description: Machine Info: (<machine_name>) Description: Duplicated exchange protocol message error - Original B2BMessageId = NNNNNNNNNNNNN-N
Error code: B2B-50081
