Unable To Add Multiple Devices (with Same User-agent Value) In WCS For Multi Device Preview (Doc ID 2024527.1)

Symptoms

Updated the Device Repository (devices.xml) with multiple device entries that have the same user agent fails.

The following error is seen in the UI when saving the updated devices.xml file: "Failed to parse uploaded file(s): devices.xml"

In the sites.log, the following error is seen:
