Symptoms
On the Spaces "Home" page, click on the "Administrator" link on the page footer. This pops up a "Send to Administrator" window. Entering a subject and text, then "send" will result in the following:
WCS#2014.08.06.15.19.50: Unable to send notification to administrator(s). The reason is : An unexpected error has occurred while sending notification to the administrator
WCP 11.1.1.8.4 (with SOA/BPEL configured)

Upgraded recently from 11.1.1.5 to 11.1.1.8 WCP
