Content Changes Not Reflecting Automatically In Delivery Satellite Server After Publish (Doc ID 2024961.1)

Symptoms

Changes made in Management are not reflecting in the Delivery environment's Satellite Server after a publish, unless manually clear Delivery SS cache.

From a test publish to Delivery target node, it was noticed the following messages in Delivery sites log when Sites was attempting to flush the SS cache:

[2015-04-30 15:56:29,693 EDT] [ERROR] [SSFlush-0-1386277637251] [com.fatwire.logging.cs] com.fatwire.cs.core.http.HttpAccessException: java.net.UnknownHostException: sshostname
[2015-04-30 15:56:29,701 EDT] [ERROR] [.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [logging.cs.xcelerate.publish] Error from Flush SS Engines of content server and satellite server. Error: -100,FormPoster post failed flushing URL http://sshostname:8131/cs/FlushServer,{} for session 1385088326671
