Error when drag and drop an email from Outlook to New Check-In --> [Standard] folder

Cannot copy the items. You don't have permissions to create an entry in this folder. Right-click the folder, and then properties to check your permissions for the folder. See the folder owner or your administrator to change your permissions.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install DIS version which is shipped with MLR11. Make sure to select MS Outlook integration when installing.
2. Use ADF UI's "Add Server to Desktop Integration" option to create DIS connection to WCC.
3. Open Outlook
4. Expand the following folders: WebCenter Content Servers --> --> New Check-In --> [Standard]
5. Drag and drop a test email from your inbox into the [Standard] folder.
