Symptoms

The following message is received in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g or 12c when purging a large amount of executions / sessions with either the OdiPurgeLog command, or the Operator UI:

ORA-04031: unable to allocate 264 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","KGLH0^b2f4f693","kglob").
