Symptoms
In an 11.1.1.6.6 WebCenter Installation, an error is intermittently seen when using a WebCenter Portal Framework application in an IE8 browser.
A custom login page does not have the right layout and formatting.
and the following warning is seen in the logs
<TIMESTAMP> <Warning> <org.apache.myfaces.trinidadinternal.agent.AgentFactoryImpl> <BEA-000000> <The User-Agent "null" is unknown; creating an agent with "unknown" agent attributes.>
