pasteBinary fails with error, 'Invalid or corrupt jarfile' (Doc ID 2026293.1)

Symptoms

Trying to clone SOA with the below steps:

Copy binarires from source,

./copyBinary.sh -javaHome /usr/java7_64 -archiveLoc /path/cloningclient.jar -sourceMWHomeLoc /path/Middleware6 -invPtrLoc /path/Middleware6/oracle_common/oraInst.loc

move the jar file in binaries to target,

scp cloningclient.jar iflex1@<IPADDRESS>:/path

Paste binaries to target

./pasteBinary.sh -javaHome /usr/java7_64 -archiveLoc /path/cloningclient.jar -targetMWHomeLoc /path/Middleware6

Error: Invalid or corrupt jarfile /u01/cloningclient.jar
