Is TLS_FALLBACK_SCSV Supported With Oracle HTTP Server (Doc ID 2026771.1)

Goal

Is TLS_FALLBACK_SCSV feature supported with Oracle HTTP Server?

The reason for this is to prevent protocol downgrades during SSL processessing.

Even if an older protocol such as SSLv2 or SSLv3 is disabled, it would be undesirable to go from TLS 1.2 to  TLS 1.1 if both the client and the server actually do support TLS 1.2.
