Symptoms

CSDT Commandline import keeps updating CSElement assets even when the content of the CSElement import files in the datastore have not changed.  Example command used to import all CSElements in the datastore:

java -classpath csdt-client-11.1.1.8.0.jar:./lib/* com.fatwire.csdt.client.main.CSDT http://localhost:8080/cs/ContentServer username=<username> password=<password> cmd=import datastore=testws resources=CSElement:*
