Import of OSB project fails with OSB-381987 (Doc ID 2028541.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import OSB config from different environment or version,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
[OSB-381987]An error occurred while validating JCA transport endpoint. JNDI lookup with URL: jca://jdbc/xxx/XXX failed. Missing JNDI configuration such as undeployed or incorrectly configured JCA Adapter RAR or connection factory.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. export OSB project which include DB Adapter

2. import sbconfig.jar to OSB from another environment
