Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Product Installation
You have a two-node SOA cluster with both managed servers running on the same machine.
You need to add a third managed server but on a different physical server.
When you attempt to extend the domain using the generated template jar file, the following error occurs.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run pack to generate a template jar in the source environment.
2. Try to extend the domain using the template jar file on the target node.
3. Exception occurs.
