Running Veridata v12.1.3 Upgrade Assistant Multiple Times Against the Same Veridata v11.2.1 Repository (Doc ID 2029074.1)

Goal

Have used Veridata v12.1.3 upgrade assistant to copy a v11.2.1 repository to a v12.1.3 schema, DEV, created by rcu. That worked fine.

Would like to run upgrade assistant to copy the same v11.2.1 repository to another v12.1.3 schema, DEV1, create by rcu to create a different Veridata domain.

However, the upgrade assistant responds ' "veridata" schema is already upgraded'. How can we run the upgrade assistant multiple times against the same v11.2.1 Veridata repository?
